    Pada Pendapat saya,makanan di atas menunjukkan makanan berkhasiat. Sebagai umat Islam kita seharusnya mengikut sunnnah Nabi Muhammad S.A.W dengan melaksanakan sunnahnya. Oleh itu, kita hendaklah makan makanan yang mengandungi kebaikan nya kerana segala sunnah Nabi Muhammad S.A.W mempunyai kebaikannya.Kesimpulanya, kita seharusnya menjaga kesihatan badan kita dengan makan makanan yang berkhasiat dan mengikut jejak langkah Nabi Muhammad S.A.W supaya kehidupan kita selalu di berkati oleh ALLAH SWT.

    The spin of one electron must be +1/2 while the spin of the other electron must be -1/2. There are three subshells in principal quantum level n=3. Since l=3 refers to the f subshell, the type of orbital represented is 4f (combination of the principal quantum number n and the name of the subshell).Mar 24, 2017

    How do you find the spin quantum number?
    As we can see, in one orbital, the orientation of the two electrons are always the opposite of each other. One electron will be spin up, and the other electron is spin down. If the last electron that enters is spin up, then ms = +1/2. If the last electron that enters is spin down, then the ms = -1/2.
