    ASEAN as in ASEAN council? well, if ASEAN council is what you mean, then I will be able to help. ASEAN countries depend on and benefit each other in terms of giving aid when one of them suffers economy decline or issues related to it, maybe basic needs, money and etc. OR they benefit each other when one of the countries need military aid like our recent case, MH370 vanished, ASEAN countries offer help by sending their assets such as ships, airplane to search for the missing flight.
